Each year, starting in January, IEM holds Crusades in conjunction with it's annual Worker's Conference. Some years the Crusades are held on IEM property. The last few years has seen many churches and faiths of Christianity in India come together to host and hold the Crusade at nearby open areas of land. These Crusades have seen upwards of 10,000 people per night come to hear vibrant singing and worship, followed by extensive messages addressing the needs of those in attendance. Many have come to the Crusades in distress and despair, only to leave by walking in the light of joy and hope and peace.

The summers see the Bible College students leave for their home areas or the areas they plan to live in after graduation. There, the students hold open air meetings, with several students partnering together some times to hold a "mini" Crusade. This allows them to build their base of support for when they graduate and start their full time ministry.
